Do You Like Chocolate? I don't mean just a chocolate chip cookie. I mean a double chocolate chip cookie. If your answer is a resounding YES then you will love these cookies! I purchased this bag of mint chocolate chips at Christmas. I had every intention of baking them during the holidays but life got in the way. Today my son was home from college and was feeling a bit under the weather. I tried to think of something to bake that would give him a boost and these jumped out of my pantry. The recipe is on the back of the bag. It includes not only mint chocolate chips but also cocoa. These are definitely full of chocolate flavor. I only had a small piece....I am trying to be good! :-) Let me assure you that the men of the house are enjoying them to the fullest! Rest assured that their answer to the question, "Do you like chocolate?", is a resounding YES!! If you are one of the many "chocoholics" out there give these cookies a try! I am sure you will love them too!
